We tried the following for a party of 5: - Traditional Soup Dumpling - Crabmeat Soup Dumpling - Whole Beijing Roast Duck - Salt Pepper Duck Bone (Half) - Hot And Sour Fern Root Noodle - Pea Pod Stems For Soup w/ Ham And Preserved Eggs - Crab Noodle Food was pretty solid overall. I enjoyed the soup dumplings and the duck the most. Things are a bit pricier here for the portion sizes you get.

We had such a good time at Fuchun Ju and I'd definitely recommend for a group looking for delicious food, big portions, and a comfortable environment to try some dim sum dishes. Although I would hesitate to call this restaurant authentic or cheap, everything here is made fresh and I think you definitely get your moneys worth. We visited as a group of 4 on a weekend without a reservation, and after a couple minutes of waiting, we got a table. The entire ordering process is online- everyone can scan a QR code to pull up the table's order and add dishes to the cart. We ended up ordering several dishes (most not pictured) and they all came out hot and fresh. My favorites were the General Tsos chicken, the Shanghai Noodles, and the fried rice. I wish they had a bit more variety of dumplings, but the ones we tried were still very tasty.

TLDR: revamped interior with soup dumplings. Very happy to have eaten here. We came off hours on a holiday weekend and were seated quickly for our party of 3 including a child seat. Food ordering was done through a scanned QR code and came quickly. All the soup dumplings were pork based except for one vegetable option. We got the fried beef dumplings and they were phenomenal. Also great was the asparagus with lily. Prices seemed very fair for a newer restaurant. The interior seemed renovated and felt great.
